My Californian wife, Elisa, and I were married in 2000 and have four wonderfully rambunctious sons: Kaleb, Jaden, Neiko and Owen. I graduated from New Tribes Mission (NTM) with my Bachelor's degree in Intercultural Studies and received my Master's in Religious Studies from Southern California Seminary in El Cajon. We served as missionaries with NTM for six years including a stint in Asia. I was also part of the teaching faculty at New Tribes Bible Institute (Jackson, MI), served in pastoral roles at two churches and even worked in a butcher shop! Most recently, I was the chaplain at Eagle Village in Hersey, MI.
I love to read, take walks with my wife, golf, eat ice cream and play baseball with my sons. I really like the Detroit Tigers and really don't like to exercise (but do so on occasion anyway). It is my great joy and privilege to pastor this wonderful congregation of Jesus-loving and Bible-believing people.

I grew up in Western Pennsylvania before attending Huntington University. I graduated Huntington in 1995 with a degree in Educational Ministries. I started at BCC in November of 1995 as Youth Pastor. In September of 2015 I became the Children's Pastor. I married my wife, Jessica, in July of 2008. In May of 2010 we had our first child, Sarah. In May of 2013 we had our second child, Ben. In December of 2014 we were blessed with our 3rd child, Joseph. God called me to Ministry when I was 13. I have a passion for working with teens and teaching them about God. I love watching kids and teens begin a relationship with God and hunger for His direction in their life.

Youth & Missions Pastor
Hi, I'm Jeff Dice, and I serve as Youth Pastor and Missions Pastor at BCC. I oversee the work we do in overseas missions which includes our support to 6 missionaries serving in 4 different countries and our short-term trips to Central America and Asia. We have formed a partnership with Nicaragua and this has led to me travelling there over 60 times over the past several years (I'd love to have you join me on my next trip!). Previously, I served the United Brethren Church as a missionary to Macau which is now a part of China. Missions seems to have always been a big part of my life.
I recently added the role the youth pastor, which has been a really cool transition as I have a bunch of teens in my house. I previously served as a youth pastor in Indiana way back in the 90's. Things like texting, Twitter, Instagram, and SnapChat weren't invented yet! It is a crazy world! I'm having a blast, though, interacting with teens and pointing them to Christ!
You might also find me in the kitchen as I love to cook, whether for a pizza fundraiser or a special event. I am a fully converted Apple person, which means I have come to appreciate devices built to actually function and last.
I'm married to April, who is the love of my life, and together we have 5 children - Camden, Mason, Karis, & Ellie, and Riley. I love sports, especially baseball, and good movies. I graduated from Huntington University twice: in 1992 with a Math Degree and again in 2009 with a masters in Pastoral Ministry.

Pastor Herb and Ines come to us via way of Wisconsin and Washington State. Herb has been in pastoral ministry for over 48 years. He has been a solo pastor of three churches, a church planter in the early 80’s, and an associate pastor in a mega-church where he served for 14 years as director of the Christian Counseling Service at Central United Protestant Church. He helped that church transition through several pastoral changes along with responsibilities for sound and lighting; men’s ministry; help with the design of a 5 million expansion project with its financial campaign; facilitate the expansion of the day care facility and staffing; and helped with church staff development. Herb and Ines are excited to be a part of Brown Corners Church and count is a privilege to join Pastor Jeremiah and the rest of the incredible staff here and BCC to help in fulfilling the mission of reaching others for Christ, build up the church in love, and send believers out into the world in ministry for Christ.
Hi, I am Karen Crook, the administrative assistant for Brown Corners Church. I am originally from White Lake, Michigan but spent every summer on Lake 13 in Farwell. After deciding to make Farwell our permanent home, Paul and I began searching for a church. It became apparent in February 2014 that Brown Corners Church would become our home church.
Paul and I were married in 1988. Between us, we have four children: Brian (Kasey), John (Elizabeth), Kris, and Melissa. We have two grandsons, Jayden and Ethan. We are expecting our first granddaughter Mila in April.
I enjoy almost any activity on or around the lake. I also enjoy scrapbooking, teas, genealogy, and reading.
Hi there, my name is Molly Humphrey. I am the nursery director at Brown Corners Church. I grew up attending Brown Corners Church and I'm proud to have the opportunity to raise my own family here.
It's so important to start our kids off on a good foundation. That's why I feel so blessed to be a part in the children's lives, here at Browns. The enviornment is bright, cheerful and safe. Parents are free to leave their children, two and under, with us or they may choose to stay and watch the sermon on the TV in the nursery.
Come check us out. It's a fun place to be!
